Personally, I mostly remember KD from his Liverpool and Scotland days and didn't see much of Keegan as he moved to Germany. From what I do remember, Dalglish was probably the more talented but Keegan had an unbelievable desire and was more tenacious. His international career was also probably better than Dalglish. Interested in others opinions. I grew up in Halewood and saw both players many, many times. I think KK is the best player I have ever seen because of his dedication and workrate. What a role model. He was a low budget signing by Shankly who made the most of his big chance, whereas Dalglish was a big signing and expected to do well from the start. Over the years I saw many great players, including Johan Cruyff, but for me Keegan had the lot. He also proved himself abroad and at less successful clubs, notably Newcastle who he inspired to promotion but also Southampton who were as unglamorous as you could get in those days.

Keegan's time at Southampton inspired me, as a kid, to ask for this Southampton away kit for my Christmas. Remains one of my favourite ever non-Rangers kits.

Here's a couple - 3 fantastic Dutch / AC Milan players and some great players on the 1979 Ballon D'Or rankings. No.8 Liam Brady. I was actually in attendance for his last ever game for West ham against Wolves. He scored in a 4-0 win at Upton Park.

Beat us 3-0 in Milan and we won 3-1 at Ibrox.
Gribz 912
Ive no pics to upload but one past hero of mine in the early 90s was Roberto Baggio. Absolutely loved how he just glided through the middle past players and could score any type of goal.
