juffery 0
I can't believe people are supporting him after tonight. I got the impression he couldnt give a fuck. Why people think he's the best RB in europe is strange to say the least. I think that this has to pretty much be the most ridiculous post i've seen!! S what, one mistake and all of a sudden you forget what he has done for Rangers and Scotland for the past year!! Get a fucking grip! You judge players on a game by game basis? So Laudrup was a shit player cos you saw him have a bad game once? So he made a mistake (not the only player) buthe more than made up for it through the course of the game, especially the second half including winning the free kick that led to our goal. To say he couln't give a fuck, were you watchinh the game?? And as for Europes best RB, who, on current form is better? He's athletic, strong-tackling, good in the air, runs with the ball, distributes well and has been responsible for numerous important goals for club and country (2 v Stuttgart, Lyon, Italy) and has played Grosso and Zambrotta of the park against Lyon and Italy.

To be honest i don't think that he is the best defender around. In fact i would say it is the week link in his game. I would say he may be the best attacking full-back in Britain. If he can get the defensive part of his game (and possibly his temper) sorted out with a bit of specialist coaching then he really will be world class.

Firstly, yes, I watched the game. I watched the full 90 minutes. Secondly, I wouldn't say he played Grosso or Zambrotta off the park. Thirdly, watch Hutton track back for their opening goal. If he made more of an effort he could've made a difference. Yes, it wasn't just his fault for their 1st but he gets a lot of the blame. The same thing happened about 2 mins after their goal. He casually tracked back when Di Natale ripped it out of Weir down the Scottish right. I was drunk last night when I typed my initial Hutton post and maybe I was a little harsh but I stand by my point about him tracking back like a frigging overweight sumo! For the best right back in europe arguement I'd say that Chimbonda is possibly better than him and the same could be said about Micah Richards!
buba3d 0
My only gripe with hutton is he only shows up in important games, champions league, scotland and against celtic, if he showed that kind of abillity *sp more in the spl, i doubt very much we would be in 2nd spot. i still can't quite get my head around the fact he came up from our youth team.
craig 5,199
I disagree, I think he has been our most consistent performer this season - he has been doing the business against EVERY team he has come up against - it is hard for me to remember the last bad game he had.
buba3d 0
you could say against hearts, but then again the whole team was shocking that day untill the changes where made.
Super_Ally 0
Something I haven't seen mentioned here is at the point of conceding that ridiculous freekick he was exceptional in covering for his CB's who were posted missing. Truly outstanding full back play at that point and throughout most the game.
