I’m not sure Cifuentes and Dowell have anything to contribute. I’m not sure Lawrence can avoid injury for long enough to contribute.

Agreed (unfortunately).

Can't you see the hypocrisy here?

I don't think RANGERRAB made the decision to include Tav in the HoF.

Lawrence Shankland has scored 29 goals and had 5 assists (all competitions) since signing for Hearts in 2022.

25 of those were last season - 24 League goals (37 games) and 1 Europa League goal (2 games).

He has scored 3 league goals (10 games) and 1 League Cup goal (2 games) this season.

Other than last season and 1 season at Ayr and DUFC (both in the Championship) he hass struggled to get into double figures.

Since we're discussing Tav....

Rangers F.C. captain James Tavernier now has scored more Scottish top flight goals than any other player currently playing in the country

Reminder that he’s a right back 🤯

1. Tavernier (67)
2. James Forrest (66)
3. Liam Boyce (62)
4. Stevie May (51)
5. Eamonn Brophy (46)
=6. Johnny Hayes (44)
=6. Kyogo Furuhashi (44)
=8. Callum McGregor (39)
=8. Martin Boyle (39)
10. David Turnbull (37)

In fairness to @CammyF; and I am playing Devil's advocate here, if Tavernier had been putting down these numbers and performances for Celtic he'd have been lauded as the best right back in Scotland for decades and probably punted for 30m+.

Hypothetical and far fetched of course because Celtic are fucking useless in Europe!

The numbers quoted are just SPFL goals. His assists will be similar.

Mentioning Europe, he has a phenomenal record in Europe as well (check the run to Seville).

It's not a coincidence that every manager he has played under has him as first pick and captain.

But what do they know......

Maybe so but apart from Gerard the rest of his managers have also been duds
