Do you honestly believe simply removing Beale and replacing him with the next "project" manager the board have in mind will see us win the title in less than 2-3 years?

What do you mean by "project manager" and why do we have to appoint one of those?

Every manager we've appointed since Ally McCoist, and maybe even including him was a "project". They were wild punts we hoped would work out.

Given we've hired, 9 managers in the last decade (both interim and full time) who fall into this category, what makes you think the board will suddenly change strategy or direction?

Without the correct footballing structure in place, we are relying on non-footballing people deciding who the next manager is. That's an issue that has to be addressed before we appoint the next full time manager.

Because its obvious he's not the right man. Under Gerrard, he quickly got the better of Celtic and we were improving .

However if the fans got their way, he'd have been sacked before winning the title.

If you do, what makes you think this.

So why are you arguing for giving a manager time, when you've also just said "its obvious [Beale]'s not the right man"? Why would you give time to the wrong man?

We're going round in circles here, as we discussed this last night.

You seem to be saying we need to sack Beale but we can't because we might get the next appointment wrong.

Nope, wrong again.

Read what I've said. It really isn't that hard to understand.

Not what I said.

Beale is the wrong man to manage the team.

The board are not the right people to identify a replacement (as history shows).

We need to get the correct people on board who can structure the football department and get the majority of appointments correct before we employ the next full time manager.

What's so hard to understand

You literally just said that.

No one's arguing with you about the latter part.

Even if we give a new man 3 years, and we're all on board, if he starts like Pedro then he should be punted.

The board simply need to undertake a massive consultation period with experienced people to understand how to move forward. We just had Alex Ferguson in the studio, I hope to god that the board used some of his time to discuss football matters.

Also hearing the both Greegs and Jimmy Bells family have moved testimonial dinner and JBs memorial even from NEH to Hilton due to this fall-out. Rumoured that Jimmy Bells family have removed all his stuff from Ibrox.
