Expand My hearts says no. However, part of me wonders if Beale should be given time. The problem is, I don't know if the results are due to Beale alone or Beale and poor recruitment. If the latter, would we be setting the next manager up for failure, knowing there's not much he can do to change the squad, other than brining in players out of contract. I think we have to see how this plays out and quickly identify an competent DoF to come in and work on a succession plan.
