Expand I've said this before on here but the Bosman market and English market is expensive wages wise. The fact we seem to focus pretty much all our transfer activity there will be a big part of it. Our staff costs last season were £54.8m compared to Celtic's of £58.8m, but I'm guessing ours may have been higher than normal due to the European run.
