Anyone Attending the Club AGM?

64% of shares is a hell of a lot of votes against Park - far in excess of what's held by King and Club1872. This suggests to be there's more to this than meets the eye.

The 64%, I believe, is of the C1872 shareholding, not the total shareholding in the club.

Why so little discussion of this?

Is it a typo?

2. To reappoint Douglas Park as a Director of the Company.

For – 28.83%

Against – 64.31%

Abstain – 6.85%

Ah, get it now it’s the Club1872 vote not vote at AGM.

After reading the transcript from the AGM, again I wonder (resolutions apart) what the point of the AGM is? Even with the resolutions, I don't see the point. I could have written most of the answers in less than 5 minutes. I hope Park is voted out. No doubt a Rangers man with the club at heart, invested to keep the lights on etc. etc. But not the right man for Chairman of the club.  Slim to no chance though.

Ask away and I'll endeavour to answer as best I can.

Firstly great work and glad there is now firm commitment to address the issue.

Is there a guaranteed timescale for the work to be complete?

Does the proposal also address parking as well as accessibility and viewing positions?

Can you tell us who specifically on the board has been the driving force, or was it all board members?

Yip, the AGM was a damp squid but I suppose rubber ducks are far more important than law suits, spiralling costs of NEH, detailed 5 year business plan etc......
