C1872 have tried to muddy the situation in support of King's ongoing war with Park, but it all boils down to them trying to prevent the board from having the ability to raise cash. They didn't do it for any of the previous few years, but have decided to do it this year as it's what King wants. The board of C1872 get the sheep to vote as they want them to vote.
