Issues logging in .... sometimes

Recommended Posts

I've been experiencing a persistent but seemingly random problem logging in. It seems to happen whether using a MacBook or iOS mobile devices.

Occasionally when I log in I get the "Oops, something went wrong" response but if I simply browse forums I find that I actually am logged in after all. This happens 3 or 4 times a week or thereabouts and goes back months. It's no biggie but if there's a ready fix.....

Does anyone else experience this?

Often when these errors are received there are tech details listed below it - if it happens again, please take a screenshot to help us diagnose.

I've also updated the forum software so that may help stop these errors.

Finally, it's worth deleting your device cache now and again which can stop any intermittent errors with websites.
