Yes. It's about communication with fans and they put it behind a pay wall where only certain fans can access.

Part One was about fixing communication from club to support.

 

Had it been about communication from club to RTV subscribers then I wouldn't have seen the irony.

 

I get an argument that says you offer it first to your paying customers, fine. However, in this case that argument doesn't stand up.

I'd imagine there are a fair few season ticket holders and shareholders who don't subscribe to RTV (including me), so yes.

The result being that this seems to have dawned on them and the full interview was released shortly after part one.

Bad news.

 

Now people with no skin in the game will stick their oar in.

Long term planning is something that should be welcomed after decades of ignoring that. Look where short termism took us to, that's why this Board are having to spend tens of millions on capital projects.

Absolutely right. And much more still to do.
