We're lucky to have several investors from that area but I'm not so sure any sort of takeover is imminent. Just found an article from 2 years ago where he says he would not be joining the board, things change though. Wondering if a take over is planned by the far east people in the next few years? It appears that they take the approach that if you're not on the board then you don't have significant control. King, for example, has been removed from it. Shareholding directors is ideal.
