colshy18 0 Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 everyone is saying italy have an easy run to the final. i don`t think ukraine are that bad and their qualifying record proves that. brazil have the easy run to the final. ukraine will probably try to attack on the break, but italy are too solid for me, and after todays games i feel the winner will be from these games. italy are too tough in defence and gattuso has been one of the men of the tourne so far. he`s a integral part of their style and if hes booked today he`ll misss the semis which could decide it. prediction... italy...1 ukraine...0 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gribz 850 Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 I dont expect a classic here, looks like the worst quarter final on paper but in saying that it will probably end up the best. Ukraine can be a stubborn side and tough to break down and the Italians have been having a go at teams recently. I dont think it will be a walk it the park for Italy but you'd expect them to get through but i still have an outside feeling for Ukraine. If Luca Toni can find a bit of the form he showed in Serie A last season then I think Italy could win the tournament.
