Expand I don't see how moving the Scottish cup final helps us in the Europa League final. Also we have the option of resting our full team in the league game before it as it's not going to impact the league positions of either club involved.
Blue Moon 1,578
I agree with Bluedell. Rest the full team for the Hearts game except those requiring match fitness.
the gunslinger 3,366
they should as ever be looking to help us. Perhaps it is a bit less necessary this time but that's not the point. We could be out in Spain from Thursday acclimatising. If they pushed the hearts match back for us. unless we go ridiculous and put out the u16's it will interfere with our final preparation's the fact the league has gone etc removes the need for the games to be played together as well.
Gonzo79 15,299
The Hearts (league) game kicks off at 12:15 on Saturday. I don't see any reason to move it and bumping fixtures back impacts club staff and supporters (leave, transport etc.). Moving Scottish football's 'showpiece' fixture isn't going to happen.
the gunslinger 3,366
you don't think it would be better if we were in Spain on Saturday? Moving the cup final probably isn't possible and certainly not necessary in terms of helping us in the EL. Though if it is showpiece making us play 3 days after the EL final is wrong.
