CammyF 8,009
If Rangers FC were your wife, husband, life-partner, significant other, would you still be married to them? No matter how you answer, I would be interested in your reasons as to why youd still be married, divorced, separated or serving time for murder. CammyF 8,009
Iââ?¬â?¢ll put that down to naivety of youth :fish: There is only so much one-sided time, effort, money, love, devotion etc that you can put into a relationship with nothing in response. My love for Rangers is still there but I feel that Rangers no longer loves me. In fact, they continually cheat on me and hurt me beyond believe. I know that they are ââ?¬Ë?sickââ?¬â?¢ at the moment and with the correct treatment their love for me would return. However, no matter how many people I ask, or how many specialists that I consult, too many people donââ?¬â?¢t see the pain and suffering Rangers are currently in. I can only take so much and I am close to divorcing Rangers. There will be no other woman for me tho, if I divorce or separate from Rangers, they will remain my ââ?¬Ë?one and onlyââ?¬â?¢. However, if I can educate myself and find the medicine require, Iââ?¬â?¢ll cut out and kill the cancer that is currently sucking the life out of Rangers. Or am I being to harsh, should we be able to forgive all sins? Cammy F
craig 5,199
I know exactly how you feel Cammy and it is a very difficult decision. In that other thread I don't disagree with anything you said, just that I felt you were being harsh. The people at the TOP of our Club should be utterly ashamed of how they have let us slip from being the most dominant force our country has seen since the 60's into being a distant 2nd. The Tims had the bankers at the door ready to close it for good just 10 yrs ago (or maybe a little but more but not much) and we were MILES ahead of them in EVERY way. Yet here we stand and they have taken over us simply because they have used good business acumen and have known how to turn things around. Whilst we have a Chairman that doesn't care, his sidekick who IMO is an incompetent twat that would have been sacked from any other high ranking post prior to now had he been with any other company aside from Rangers, their "PR machine" is always in high gear to ensure that they are "innocent" whilst we allow ourselves to be pilloried. It is very difficult right now to be a Bear..... but I would never turn my back on them. In terms of a marriage I think right now I would say that Rangers and I would be a marriage of convenience !!

Murray is not Rangers (no chortling) therefore it is not a one sided relationship with the club in the way in which you suggest. To be honest though any kind of "relationshop" with a football club will alwyas be one sided wont it. Doesn't mean we shouldn't expect far better treatment from the current custodian.
