I've always believed our strategy and tactics are good enough, albeit lacking some tweaks. Noting that some are not able to and systems, for the time, need to adapt to what we have and best use that man material is also part of building a winning team. I'm all for a modern 4-3-3 (or the like), if we have the players able to break down Scottish trench-specialists. But we do not.
