Hearts and Thistle have lost their arbitration case.

Relegated and no compensation.

Where do both go now?

Insolvency.

This seems, at first sight, an extraordinary judgement. I wonder what detail will emerge.

Will the SFA drop their charges against both clubs?

SFA stand-in Chair is Mike Mulraney.

The corruption is complete. If only clubs had voted for a free independent inquiry that was put forward.

Ah well, reap what you sow and all that.....

A HMFC / PTFC statement would be interesting/welcome.

I don't think that it can. The process has commenced, and to abort it now would require proper grounds, and would establish some kind of precedent.

If the SFA wishes to be sympathetic, it would look to either soft pedal the prosecution, or to a lenient sentence, maybe both.

I forecast both will be found guilty and will receive a 12 point deduction for next season, and a fine.

I wonder if H & P are liable for all the costs of Arbitration.

Totally expected as the "Cabal" are so well covered and corrupt that they seem impenetrable.

It's now onward to a season of the usual bias etc. towards us.

Is there any chance of Hearts and Thistle taking this back to court?

Only if legal process wasn't followed? However Court of Arbitration for Sport could be a possibility?

I'm trying to locate a 'bright side' to all of this.  At least Hearts and Thistle fans will be livid.

It's been 8 weeks since Michael Stewart last appeared on BBC Scotland.

His last several contributions were as an outraged Foundation of Hearts member, "the decision to relegate both Hearts and Thistle is unjust".

Mikey now works for Sellik TV, will they allow him broadcast time to protest this latest decision to relegate both clubs?

Further, Mikey was telling us that Neil Doncaster, Rod(the Fraud) McKenzie, and Shifty McGifty were "good guys", undeserving of Rangers emanating ire. Does Michael share Neil's delight at today's decision?

We should be told.
