Killie will accept the highest bid they have for the player at the end of the transfer window. They will not keep an 'unhappy' player. Wouldn't it be funny if ours is the highest bid and Mr Bain and Mr Murray tell Killie to stick the player up their arse of they come grovalling to us to buy him? It could be that SDM didnt think anyone else was interested so Gers withdrew their offer expecting Killie to come back to the table. Now that it appears the Tims are interested SDM may eat humble pie, offer the 2 mill and hope to get the player - but as soon as you have both OF teams in for him there becomes a bidding war - only people to win in that situation is Killie (and, more than likely, the Tims as they will happily pay more than we will). Cammy F Only tapping up if they go behind the club's back - in this instance they are looking for the clubs approval are they not ? They haven't went directly to the player but asked Killie for assurances that Naismith is willing to talk to them.
