Begs the question though; How come Bordeaux told RFC they're looking for

nearer £10m then go on to sell to West Ham for £6m.

Its called business - if they said they only wanted £5M no one would have bid over £3.5M. They said they wanted £10 but in reality, a bid of over £5 would have sealed the deal.

Don't blame Bordeaux, blame the shop-front we have conducting our transfers and the even bigger shop-front that employs Bain.

I believe that it's the Selling clubs that have disclosed the offer's we've made via Fax etc.

Business? Yeah, negotiate. Starting bid of 4.5m ain't bad for a player they're willing to sell for 6.

But let's blame RFC SDM etc. FFS couldn't be the like of Bord/Killie that's at the fanny. That just wouldn't do.

Perhaps but every player we go for the exact same thing happens each time. They laugh at our incredibly embarrassing offer and tell us to eff off.

So Bord/Killie should just accept any offer that Rangers make? Yeah, ok, cool

Tell you what, I'll offer you a combined fee of £10K for your house and car - will you sell me them?

Put it another way, you are selling your house and put it up at offers over £150K - someone comes along and offers you £75K, would you sell at that price or would you hold out for an offer that meats your evaluation?

Don't think that's what I said!

But if you want to purchase my house, make me an offer. If it's less that what I expect to fetch my answer would have to be no.

I guess you'd try to get my property for less that I'm looking for, and I'd have an exceptable figure in mind.

That my friend is called negotiation.

My other comment was regards to Bord/Kill disclosing the offers.

RFC have placed their offers in a professional manner ie. fax.

Again I reiterate 4.5m ain't a bad starting point if they are indeed excepting 6m.

Other professional clubs sometimes choose 'undisclosed' fees, thus not to give away too much info regarding how much their offloading for/have spare to shell out in future.

Beasley anyone?

I have my opinion you have yours, I'll leave it at that.

Ps. My house and car are up for sale, PM me if you're looking to make an offer.

Im annoyed we are missing out on Faubert even though he is going to West Ham. The Hammers dont need him unless Benyeoun leaves.

But if the player wants to join us then he should turn down West Hams terms and ask Rangers to up the price. Im sure we could thrown in Novo and Sionko or the likes plus the 4 million to tempt them.
