Scotland squad a bit thin

Recommended Posts

O'Connor goal with a Boyd knock-down.

Don't understand why Hutton wasn't on from the start though. Did McGregor get the full 90 minutes?

Gordon came on just after half time.

Decent scoreline but its only a friendly against average opposition.

We must stuff Faroes about 4 or 5 nil

We're no better than average, so imo it was a good result... even if the insane Fifa rankings has us as 14th best team in the world.

Thought we did not bad but Austria looked rank rotten. Nobody really stood out though.

Thought O'Connor looked really good. Always willing to come and look for the ball. Very impressed even if it was a friendly.

Found out Alexdander is like 36!

Another reason why Hutton should be getting more than like 20 minutes. Get him experience now and we could have our RB for the next decade.

Hartley was fucking atrocious. Put on at RM but refused to stay on the right, complete lack of discipline with Fergie being pulled out to the left to cover his arse several times, meaning he couldn't have his usual influence in the middle. Fletcher was eventually swapped out right. WHy Hartley is even in the squad on the form of at least the last 12 months is beyond me?

Wasted friendly. Could've got Hutton a full 90.

Thought Big Eck had given Tam McManus a game for a second or two before I realised it was Stephen McManus.

Tam McManus has fairly fallen from grace eh?

Only been to a handful of games at Ibrox in the past few years but, unfortunately i was there when he scored a cracking volley from the edge of the box for Hibs against us.

We still won though. :)
