Let`s go tactical. It is traditional 4-4-2, so do not wonder why Grezda, Candeias, and Co. are on the respective "wings". These positions come from their use in 4-3-3 line ups. As long as they are there Holt, Dodoo, and Lafferty are included. Jones, Murphy and Dodoo would play shadow strikers rather than alone up front or next to another striker. If you find errors, you can keep them.

 

EDIT: Capital letters mark the primary position of a players, normal letters their optional uses.

Don't know about a 4-4-2 but my eyes are telling me that your 20-40-10 is being refused by my cerebral processing plant.

As we are a bit short in the striking department why don't we give young Rudden his chance of some game time against better opposition

For those not accustomed to 4-4-2 any longer, let`s park the guys in a position then, even though some may take up several MAIN positions, e.g. Jack, who can be regarded as a DM in a 4-3-3 or a CM in a  4-4-2:

Glad you typed that, I would have went for "some Turkish mob"!

 

Hope this is true, and we get a decent fee for him. Cant see him getting much gametime ahead of Jones, Ojo, Hastie, Murphy etc and if he does it will mean those new players have failed.

Selling candeias for any less than 6 million would be a travesty and I  can't see anyone bidding that with the ridiculous way Gerrard has treated him.
