Wonderful, whipped delivery from Middleton's corner, Candeias dukes away from the 'keeper and glances it into the empty net!

I know I might be biased but I feel so much more confident of our goal threat when I see Middleton in our starting lineup.

Middleton, Ejaria nor Jack are making themselves available to Halliday for a pass, so he's left with very few options other than going back.

We're giving away soft fouls and free-kicks in dangerous areas; it's what they want. Perhaps why we have McAuley and Laffery in today, to help deal with the aerial threat.

A yellow-carded Livvy player just about took Goldson's head off with a high boot.

Good one-two with Tavernier and Candeias; Candeias crosses it to the back post, but the 'keeper gets a touch and it deflects off Middleton and out. 

 

Good run from Lafferty too, going past a couple before being fouled and the ball goes wide to Candeias, who whips in another good cross. Our crossing has been good; it seems to be the main tactic today, with Lafferty up front.

 

There were a couple of long-range shots from Lafferty and Halliday that failed to trouble the 'keeper.

Good quick break saw Jack burst forward, slipping through Candeias out wide. He stands up his man, centres a ball to Arfield who's shot is blocked. 

 

Another quick, breaking move that results in a chance. Mostly half-chances, but chances nonetheless. 

 

Our play deserves a few more goals, I think.
