der Berliner 3,744 Posted November 12, 2018 Share Posted November 12, 2018 (edited) It was a bit odd that we sent Rudden to Falkirk and Hardie away too ... without having that much cover for the strikers - despite we prefer the one-striker system. Obviously, Hardie wouldn't have helped much and methinks Rudden was said to be needing more competitive experience first. Alas, both are strikers and not exactly "makeshift 10s" like Kent, Grezda, Middleton et al. That is the 10 the second striker wore in the days when teams played 4-4-2 ... ? I have only seen Rudden in one tournament where he missed two sitters that could have put the team through.
