GN Pod 017 - Your questions please...

Recommended Posts

Now we're in the middle of an international break, this week's pod allows us to discuss matters other than recent games and transfers.

As such, this Sunday the lads are going to look into the club's dispute with BBC Scotland and ask if the stand-off can be solved.

For the first time, we'd also like to invite your questions whereby we'll pick a selection and the guests will try their best to answer and/or offer their opinion.  Make sure to include your forum name or social media handle if you'd like a mention!

BTW, just to be clear, the questions don't need to be about the BBC stuff.

What effect did the documentary " Selling the jerseys" have on the club.

Were there members of the BBC involved in the website, "The Rangers tax case"

Is the BBC and the TV Licence an ancient dinosaur.

Does the BBC in Scotland think that they are serving the wider public to optimal levels by providing the bare minimum of coverage on Rangers (unless it has a negative slant/spin) across their media channels?

If they in fact do think that they are acting in the public interest, can they provide examples justifying their editorial standpoint.

I am entering this for Darther because I think it is an excellent Question.

As a support, I am getting a distinct impression that we are getting extremely paranoid & convinced that EVERYONE is against us.  For example:

- BBC

- SFA

- SPFL

- Scottish Govt

- SNP (at all levels)

- Police Scotland

- HMRC

- Ibrox & Cessnock Community Council

- Glasgow City Council

- All teams within the SPFL & many out with

- All Referees

- Tartan Army

- Scottish Print media

- Scottish TV media

- Scottish Radio media
