JFK-1 1,690 Posted August 6, 2018 Share Posted August 6, 2018 I think the lottery pretty much sounded the death knell for all the traditional football pools, Littlewoods etc. Quote Competition from the National Lottery led to a rapid fall-off in players, from a peak of 10 million in 1994 to 700,000 in 2007.
