Can someone explain the concept of the ( Joker ) please before I post my predictions, I've just spent half an hour doing my Sun dream team, fancy having a run at this also.

The Joker doubles whatever points you get on the particular match you apply it to. You get 1 Joker per round.

1 point for the Correct Result; 3 points for the Correct Score.

Joker card, @BEARGER?

Apply it to one game from the above fixtures, and it doubles whatever you get for that game.

Actual French names on the team?...Yeah me too...their national roster reads like a Casablanca phone book.

However, they are playing an Aussie team who finished behind Japan (good squad) and Saudi Arabia in their confederation and thus, had to beat world powerhouse, Honduras to get in.

I wouldn't underestimate how solid Australia will be. They are managed by Van Marwijk (sp?), who took Netherlands to the Final of the Euro's playing defensive football. It's a different situation when your expected to go out and win, as against Japan et al., than simply trying to avoid defeat against France.

IMO. :D
