Watched the cup final from Wembley yesterday and seen a tactical masterclass in how to take a one goal lead and defend that advantage, hope our statues  were watching to see how it's done .

First half United absolute dross.

Second half Chelsea timorous.

Poor game.

Dire to watch but they defended well.

Watched half an hour and had to turn it off.

 

Man Utd were awful.

There is something not right at that club and they'd do well to get rid of Mourhino, who is on the downslope.

Their board have made some awful decisions when it comes to appointing managers since Sir Alex left and the worst thing is you could see each mistake as it happened.

Chelsea out-Mourinhoed Mourinho. Sneak a lead and hold out. 

 

There's something lacking in Man Utd's attack. It's just not good enough. They've got the quality, it's just the approach seems 'half-hazard'...  *gets coat*

 

Mourinho's never been the best offensively, IMO.

Something 'strange' happened in the hours leading up to KO 

 

At mid-day United were narrow bookies favourites to lift the Cup and were priced at around 17/20 to do so.

They had been since the semi-finals.

 

But in the hours just before KO there was a 180 degree switch. Chelsea became narrow favourites and United went out to around 21/20.

 

That would suggest a lot of money went on Chelsea very late in the day.
