The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals

I don't see why we should settle for a couple of million, as I said in a previous post, I know he is marmite, however, he was the 3rd top scorer in the league last year, level on 3rd with assists also, all in all according to the stats he directly contributed to 19 goals, Southampton have just supposedly paid 7 million for Stuart Armstrong who has been injured for I'm not sure how long and has no where near any stats like that (I know he plays a bit deeper than Windass now), I think we would be really underselling ourselves if we let him go for anything less than 4 million, particularly if West Ham are involved, they are infamous for paying over the top transfer fee's

The Ibrox club inserted a sell-on clause into the striker’s contract.

Rangers are set to net a cash windfall of up to £800,000 if Martyn Waghorn signs for Derby County.

The Light Blues allowed the striker to leave for Ipswich Town on a cut price £250,000 deal only 12 months ago.
Now he has slapped in a transfer request as Rams boss Frank Lampard prepares a staggering transfer package that could total up to £8million

Rangers may have allowed Waghorn, 28, to go on the cheap but they insulated themselves by insisting on a 10 per cent sell on clause when he moved to Portman Road.
He scored 41 goals in 78 appearances under Mark Warburton, but Pedro Caixinha had made it clear he was surplus to requirements last summer

RANGERS are eyeing a move for Manchester City kid Kean Bryan.

Ibrox boss Steven Gerrard has been on the hunt for a left-sided central defender all summer.

Kean Bryan is on Steven Gerrard’s radar
SunSport understands 21-year-old Bryan is on the Gers gaffer’s radar after impressing on loan at Oldham last season.

The former England Under-20 cap has just 12 months left on his City deal and would be able to move permanently.

Versatile Bryan can also play in midfield but spent last season operating in central defence for Oldham.
He partnered Anthony Gerrard, the Rangers manager’s cousin, at the back and won the club’s Young Player of the Year award.
Bryan then returned to the Etihad at the end of the season but is not part of Pep Guardiola’s plans.
Several Championship clubs have been tracking him but it’s understood Gers have now expressed an interest.
Gerrard has been on the hunt for a left-sided central defender
Gerrard has already snapped up Connor Goldson, Nikola Katic and Jon Flanagan to bolster his defence.
However, he still wants a left-sided centre-half to provide balance.
He had been chasing Millwall’s Jake Cooper but the Championship side have refused to part with one of their top men and Gerrard is looking elsewhere.
Blackpool’s Curtis Tilt has also been watched but Rangers have now been alerted to Bryan’s availability.
Ibrox director of football Mark Allen knows the defender well from his days in the City academy.
Gerrard will also have been given a glowing recommendation from his cousin, who described Bryan as “a Rolls-Royce”.
Speaking last season, Anthony said: “Kean has been a fantastic signing for us and he found a settled position at left centre half.
“He had moved around a little bit in the early spell, but once he got an established position he looked comfortable and assured.
“Kean was like a Rolls-Royce, he was brilliant on the ball and led the game fantastically well.
“He needed the physicality that he got after a few games — and he now has the gist of men’s football.”
The 6ft 1in defender joined City a decade ago and has represented England from Under-16 to Under-20 level

... and someone close to being an ITK says this is a goer.
