King to make share offer?

Recommended Posts

Starred motions are heard in court, unstarred motions are heard or read in chambers, the QC's of the parties involved may or may not be requested to be in attendance by the Law Lord(s).

The difficulty that we have is that we do not know the body of these motions until ruled upon, they are usually requested to enforce some part of a ruling or even indeed relax part of a ruling, time will be our guide now that the cut-off date has passed.

It’s pretty certain he’s going to comply. Just a debate about readiness. If he proves he is down the road in the process I think that’s the important thing. He might get some other minor punishment for missing the date but I wouldn’t worry about this.

He hasn’t complied, he has broken a court order, TOP are now secondary in relation to the court. And I would worry with good cause.

TOP accepted the share offer could be funded by that trust. They knew where the trust was operating from. Seems to me if it takes a bit longer to move that money, they'll simply wait until what he has put in train is complete. Don't think it's a major problem at all

Firstly can I apologise that the next bit came from an email sent to me earlier so I can't provide a link to who said it, but I was told it was a "reliable" source.  ---

From studying the club accounts and bits and pieces of info picked up in my travels I expect (although I could be wrong) the forthcoming share issue and conversation of loans to bring in anywhere between £15m and £20m depending on the exact structure of the issue  "

Is this supposed to be taken seriously ?  Aye, that amount of shares may get converted or whatever but what does it mean to any transfer budget or anything else ?

Not being a money guy I maybe don't understand these things but "bring in" to me says money to be spent not money to pay off loans or whatever.

It’s from FF, see post 622 in manager rumours thread.
