MacK1950 2,277
Same with me re goal but having seen the use of the VAR system(on tv) wouldn't like to be at games where it is used.Certainly have goal line technology but nothing else.

Gonzo79 14,222
I'm still gutted tonight and to make it worse, I'll be subjected to several comments/wind ups from Hibs supporting colleagues tomorrow morning. Really, really disappointed with that performance and result yesterday. Are we just going to let every side in green and white walk all over us at Ibrox or are we going to sort it out!!!?

der Berliner 3,444
From that look he can be deemed in line with the last defender. Usually, at least over here, "in line with" means the striker is "on-side". That said, if the linesman was but half a yard behind play or had his angles twisted but a little, he would have ruled Alfredo offside. In any case, it is history and no matter of debate will turn this. I found the snap shot before their penalty more revealing.

Just for your information the keeper doesen't count for 2. You only see what you want to see I suppose. Have you had your eyes checked recently?
