Tannochsidebear 2,406
most likely coming back to be used as a makeweight in either the squad or in a deal that would make the most sense, cant see him getting in the side anywhere.
Sir Sterling Raleigh 0
Badge kissing , chest thumping, and crowd surfing is about all he offers.
Gazza_8 233
that would make the most sense, cant see him getting in the side anywhere.I'm not a Halliday fan but I'd rather see him in the team before Pena, Dalcio or Herrera.
Dave M609 100
bit indifferent about it, I think the team needs more rangers men, but only if they are good enough, as far as halliday is concerned I don't think he offers much, I agree with gazza above tho if it comes to him against nemane or dalcio there is no contest.
the gunslinger 3,366
Seems loan deals are just about as pointless the other way for us.
RANGERRAB 3,667
The most bizarre loan deal ever. Azerbaijan ??? WTF
Gribz 850
The most bizarre loan deal ever. Azerbaijan ??? WTF And barely played in an awful league? In saying that I was unaware Halliday was more of a left sided midfielder yet he has been deployed centrally for Rangers. With John getting up and down the left wing back position Halliday could play as an inside left. We may get a few good games out of him as he is determined to do well.
pete 2,499
The most bizarre loan deal ever. Azerbaijan ??? WTF They won the Eurovision Song contest a few years ago.
Oleg_Mcnoleg 50
He’d have had a few games at left midfield if he’d been been here in the first half of the season.
Rousseau 10,612
It was a strange deal -- in the sense that Halliday is not up to their level -- Qarabag were in the CL group stages and Gabala have reached the EL group stages for the last few years; Azerbeijan are progressing, and are higher than Scotland in the Coefficient.
