RANGERRAB 3,964
Why Miller is captain or even starting...just beyond me. I think in McCrorie and Barjonas we have two midfielders with very good potential. McCrorie was the best player on the pitch until he got injured. Whoever the next Rangers manager is will need to look to replace McCrorie. He won't be here much longer. He'll no doubt be sold for a fraction of his value in few years time when he's playing in the EPL or elsewhere.
RANGERRAB 3,964
He was on the bench because he has been injured & the team had 2 good wins! He hasn't been injured all that time. Murty's system had one striker & he choseMiller for that role. Miller, ofcourse, hasn't scored since those 2 against hertz at murrayfield
theboyharley 5
People forget that Morelos has already played a full season in Finland before joining us. The boy needed a break and hopefully he’ll kick on now that he is back amongst the goals. He gives everything and recently he looked like he was tiring at the 60 minute mark and it’s no wonder with the amount of games the boy has played
der Berliner 3,987
Highlights from the SPFL ... ... we did miss a few chances before Wilson was at hand to head in the save by their keeper. That is where I would like to see our central striker(s) lurk, not a centre half making up for his mistake after 9 mins.

Did Ross & his brother Robby not just recently sign contract extensions?
Gonzo79 15,299
What age is Robbie? Is he showing similar potential to that his brother demonstrates?
der Berliner 3,987
They did indeed sign extensions, probably because of our CH's recent displays (and being able to ward off any suitors with higher transfer fees). Bates didn't look too bad at the tail end of last season either and we are probably blessed with a few decent or back-to-form CHs right now. McCrorie, Holt and Jack worked well as a unit and you could see that we missed Jack yesterday, someone backing our CHs with decent positional play rather than reacting to onrushing folk. The good thing with Murty is that he knows exactly what his youngsters are capable of and who he can trust stepping in and performing from the off. People like Barjonas or indeed McCrorie and Bates. We might have seen Atakayi too, if Candeias was not as good as he is. We clearly lack a left-wing option and one would hope that when Wallace does return, John will step up.
ian1964 10,816
What age is Robbie? Is he showing similar potential to that his brother demonstrates? They are both 19, twins, and Robby is having a great season on loan at Berwick, very highly rated goalie!.
Gonzo79 15,299
We might have seen Atakayi too, if Candeias was not as good as he is. Candeias, like most wingers, blows hot and cold. He is ineffectual for long spells - I'd give the kid a chance. Ian - thanks for the info. Hopefully both lads do well for us.
RANGERRAB 3,964
Did Ross & his brother Robby not just recently sign contract extensions? Money talks. If we got a decent offer he'd be gone
