Darthter 542 Posted November 29, 2017 Share Posted November 29, 2017 I think we need more "impact" from the midfield.....we need them to take control of the match more and dictate play. Guys like Krancjar have the ability to play fantastic football, but he doesn't appear to have the legs to do the running, therefore we have to try on his skills to distribute the ball well, and allow others to do the running. Pena also get talked about almost as another striker - he's not!!! he should be linking the midfield with the forward 3 & providing support more just outside the box. I think Alves should at least be in the starting 11, but I believe he has been fit, but not started under Murty.
