"Be interesting to see the accounts aspecially since CD were fined £45k for incompetence."

So why use the word "aspecially" (sic)? That's linking the two...or did you forget what you wrote?

On a sidenote, it is a very similar tactic used by the media when writing about Rangers, 2012 and liquidation. Half-facts, half-truths, and let the conjecture of the reader take him to the "right" conclusions.

Accs should never be speculative, they are and should be based on fact that is why they are allegedly audited.

I'm no expert but I have read a book on accounts where I tried to learn about the Profit and Loss Account and the Balance Sheet, so I could read them and understand them a bit more.

Could you explain specifically what part of the audited accounts you are worried about and why? I'm pretty sure there will be no speculative stuff on the balance sheet, unless you see accruals as speculative as they are not yet paid.

Perhaps you could just highlight a bit of last years' published accounts that you're referring to?

No I didn’t link their fine to our accounts,I merely stated a fact and our accounts are due.

I will say though that their new masters Baldwins will be more searching about unfulfulled promises of euro income investment and the like,I mean decent auditors would be asking for guarantees not pie in the sky musings.

Be interesting to see the severity of the going concern warning this time.

Auditors neither ask for, or receive, guarantees on projections. No such thing can be given or even requested.
