I vaguely remember someone on the club board saying that 20% (?) of shares should be taken up by fans. I asked at the time why it was limited to that and no one seemed to know. I was a shareholder through the RST before the old company went tits up but I want to make it clear I am not a member of C1872 but thought I'd ask anyway because I believe fan ownership is a must for our club. As far as I know 25% is the magic number as it gives you the right to block things and call general meetings.
