The Mighty Hearts ...

... managed to beat Elgin City 0-1 last night, Lafferty in the sixtieth minute. Walker, subbed after seventy five minutes, "scored" but was offside.

City had only thirteen players and lost 6-0 at Dunfermline on Saturday.

Puts things in perspective a bit.

Maybe the bookies had already framed that perspective. You can get 12/1 on Rangers to win the title and on them 250/1 and the same price on hubz. The sheep are far higher up the rankings in the bookies eyes at 20/1. Heartz aren't going to be competing with us this season they're going to be competing with hubz for 4th.

And if they lose Walker which would appear highly likely they're going to struggle even more just to compete with hubz.

There's a possibility they could be going out of the cup at the group stage. Depends what happens in the final match at home to group topping Dunfermline. If they lose they're definitely out and if they draw it then comes down to hoping to be one of the 4 best runners up.

Didnt realise Cathro was only 31.

They have to win today to make sure they are in the last 16 of the cup. A few Premier clubs have some work to do to get through.

Seems Hertz have went backwards a bit in the last 12 months.
