Ser Barristan Selmy 222
MBE in this case is his service to a sport. I get that, but I still don't see what he has done to deserve this.

Gaffer 1,665
I get that, but I still don't see what he has done to deserve this. He's obviously a top sportsman in NI, and I'd imagine he's held in high esteem there having played almost 100 times for the national team. There are too many others that get it for nothing, but he seems deserving.
BEARGER 1,830
Honours system is a nonsense, a Knighthood for reading the news!
Stefanovitch 0
Liked him as a player with Villa and Fulham and was delighted when he joined Rangers. Well deserved honour for a true professional and great player.

blueflag 386
Common chaps you know better. Please don't lower to that.. We are allowed different opinions. In my opinion he has done a lot for NI football and deserves it. As pointed out he has had a good career and it isn't an award based on his technical ability. Mediocre compared to Messi perhaps but a fine bloody player Edited- I removed the pointless posts.. Let's stick to Steven Davis please..
