Scott Brown claim of wrongful dismissal upheld

A Disciplinary Tribunal convened today to consider the following claim of wrongful dismissal:

 

Player: Scott Brown (Celtic FC)

Match: Ross County v Celtic - Sunday, 16 April 2017 (Scottish Premiership)

Case: Claim of wrongful dismissal for serious foul play

Outcome: Claim upheld; sending-off reduced to caution for recklessly dangerous play. Fee returned.

Serious foul play or recklessly dangerous play. Which would you rather be a victim of?

 

I need some clever bloke like BH to explain the difference. Does the former imply the use of a lethal weapon?

Scandalous!, corrupt!, does the referee agree with this decision?, who is there do defend the refs decision?, everybody in Scottish football, and gutter press, are quite happy with the corruption!

A friend suggested that Radio Liffey's football gub was, perhaps, on the independent, quasi judicial panel which considered Brown's red mist defence.

He has previously fulfilled such an onerous obligation, apparently.
