Walterbear 557 Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 If it had been the other way round and Garner had put his head into the Aberdeen player in exactly the same circumstances and in the way Jack did it you can guarantee that the BBC 'pundits' (I use that term sarcastically) would be saying that Garner had intially provoked the incident with a late reckless tackle and had then acted violently towards the Aberdeen player. They would be saying that the Aberdeen player made the most of it by falling over but it was violent behaviour from Garner and a straight red. The 'penalty' was nothing at all and if England get one like that against Scotland in June the same 'experts' will be in uproar. There should have been 2 red cards for Aberdeen with the head butt and the studs up flying tackle or at the he very least the 'pundits' should be saying that Aberdeen were fortunate to get away with yellows. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
