pete 2,499
Ulrich van Gobbel who played for Willem II, Feyenoord, Galatasary en Southampton was found guilty today in a dutch court of leasing cars and selling them on without paying the lease off. He has disappeared and thought to be living in Suriname and will probably never return to Holland to serve his sentence. You would think even an average player would make enough money these days to keep him away from petty crime. Unbelievable

Gazza_8 233
He's got a brother called Geeza..... umm, and the 'van' is silent. You could actually keep 'van' in his name. Geeza van Gobbel. Some people prefer Van Gobbels to car Gobbels.
