Remember and subscribe to the channel guys the more subscribers the more money the club can generate thro ads etc. Admittedly lacking in explanations of the process and more about the new coach and what attributes attracted us. Hopefully the next vid will describe the structure of interview process and our recruitment methods along with more detail on the wanted infrastructure and why They will NOT go into any detail about the recruitment process - why would they.
