Uilleam 5,769
I'd like to take this opportunity in apologising to Mr Murty for calling him clueless a couple of weeks ago. Sorry sir. Clearly a better manager than Brenda.
ranger_syntax 4,004
Brenda being interviewed after game "when Clint hill tells me he got away with it"! What a poisonous two faced reptile bastard he is!!!I hope big Clint grabs him for "another word" in the tunne!! Maybe Clint should have a word with himself about not handing ammunition over to them.
cooponthewing 1,139
To be fair, it's the scum press that ask the questions and they can only reply, why did they not ask what he thought about the two best chances that fell to Waghorn?, the Dembele dive?, the elbowing from Broon?..................................... As a professional mate, you don't expect something you say "in confidence" to an opposing manager to the end up on live TV. I can't stand that in anyone and it's a trait you find often with the scumbags!
Tannochsidebear 2,368
Have they showed the Dembele dive yet?, or the Broon elbow? Dont be daft Ian, not even a mention of it. The post-game show gave us some credit for fight and application and sticking in even though we are miles behind them, but mainly concentrated on the fact that even though the tims were gash they were only denied by a referring error. Brenda only wanted to talk about the penalty. Boo-feckin-hoo. Hill clearly gets the ball, and Strachan correctly states this and the fact that Madden can see the mvoement of the ball's trajectory so there is no way he can give the penalty just because the scum want it. In other words, its not a feckin penalty!!! Had it happened in the other box, the would have concentrated on the touch the defender got on the ball and praised the referee for not bowing to the appeals for a penalty and making the only call he could make. Always cheated, never defeated since 1B88.
Barebear 37
I wonder if St Mirren are still the best team they've played this season?
Little General 80
Great moral boosting result. They were there for the taking today. but we couldn't do the basics well. Waghorn should have had us in the lead. Tavanier can't take a free kick and his delivery is awful. But well dug in and well done the Bears:rfc:
der Berliner 3,550
JGlasgowCelticKnight @DunoonaTICOn what planet is that NOT a penalty????? 1:54 PM - 12 Mar 2017 Anthony Redmond @AntoRedmond93 Surely Hill fouled Griffiths there for a penalty. 1:49 PM - 12 Mar 2017 Kristian Ross @Kristian7Ross Clint Hill brings down Leigh Griffiths in the box and replay indicates it looks like a penalty. Bobby Madden however, disagrees. Big call. 1:48 PM - 12 Mar 2017 · Coleraine, Northern Ireland Going by their statements ahead of the game, they would have been up 8-0 by then, now they are crying over a penalty not given in injury time ...

pj_1872 0
Well deserved point. Coming up to half time I thought our heads were down and they would score again but I was proven wrong thankfully. Yes, they enjoyed a lot of possession but clear cut chances were few and far between for them. Whereas we had the 2 waggy chances, the goal and several wasted free kicks from dangerous areas. Good springbox now for the run in. Most pleasing thing was the fight shown by the players. Keep that up and we can catch 2nd place.
Rousseau 10,019
Murty deserves a lot of praise for the way he's conducted himself over the last few weeks. Performances against ICT and Dundee were poor, but subsequent performances were much better. Today we went into the game with a different mindset; to defend compactly and zonally in an unusual -- for us -- 4-4-1-1, and break on them. We didn't really break that often, but we created a couple of gilt-edged chances. We showed a lot of character too. He's dealt with the press very well too.
