Now I see. Pesky interweb.

Old three names isn't called 'Ill Phil' for nothing. Truly a mentally damaged person, it amazes me he can wash himself and pay his bills. Or maybe he can't, who knows.

Dear Mr

REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002 (FOISA)

Thank you for your request dated 15 December 2016 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

Your request

You asked for information relating to the safety of Ibrox Stadium, referring to the blog at the following link: http://www.philmacgiollabhain.ie/the-scottish-government-responds-on-ibrox-roof-issue/#more-8483

Response to your request

The Scottish Government did provide a response to the blog. I would, however, emphasise that the issue of safety at Ibrox stadium is a matter for Glasgow City Council. We are aware Rangers Football Club has a safety certificate for Ibrox stadium which is valid until July 2017. We are not aware of any issues or concerns relating to the stadium or the safety certificate.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to Dr Andrew Scott, Director of Population Health Improvement, St Andrews House, Regent Road, Edinburgh, EH1 3DG or by e-mail to: Directorofpopulationhealth@gov.scot

Absolutely hilarious. What's he contacting the Scottish Government for ? What's it got to do with them ?

These people are great entertainment. They should get their own half hour comedy slot on prime time TV viewing. It would be unmissable.
