[FT] Hamilton 1 - 2 Rangers (Waghorn 45, 52)

Recommended Posts

What a pity Andy Halliday spoiled another excellent team performance with a silly mistake to let Accies back in the game!

However, on the bright side, aside from that we played very well and dominated for the vast majority of the game. And a nice predictor result for your administrative assistant as well...

Now 7 points clear of the sheep who though they have two games in hand are crap and I doubt will take full points from their next 4 of which 3 are away to Ross County, Motherwell and Hearts at Tynecastle. In among all that they have a home game with Hamilton.

We played quite well, another solid performance, and a revitalized Waghorn. Tav's shooting was ... rather poor, TBH, not least by his standards. And the least is said about Halliday's late horror show the better. But that all is lamenting on a high level. We kept the momentum on a difficult surface and opponent. Good job.

TAV CONTINUES TO STRUGGLE ...

James Tavernier may be suffering an identity crisis. His defensive struggles at right back were well documented before but even without those duties and moved further on, he struggled to show himself as a serious midfield contributor.
