The morning after the night before: Interviews

Recommended Posts

I know they have to try to remain positive despite the consistently poor performances, but these pressers are a complete waste of time with bland boring questions and bland boring answers, and using selective stats to claim we are doing not too badly when it is plain to anyone who watches us that we are playing really poor football, really poorly.

Another team meeting to go over what went wrong and a determination to put things right. Deja vu?

I agree that performances have been way below what we expect from a Rangers side but it still stands that as far as finishing second goes we can't be any worse than anybody else and can only get better while they're likely as good as they can be. If we have been poor what are the contenders for that second place because we're still neck and neck with them despite being poor.

I would still rather be in our overall situation than theirs and still expect things to improve. What will the view be if we win at Ibrox on Saturday? The sheep were bad and we got a freak result or we're not as bad as some would paint us to be? We outplayed them on their own patch and they are unlikely to get that lucky again.

We're not better than that, that's the point.

"We're not good enough"; agree with that.

If there's no problems with Martin Waghorn, why isn't even getting off the bench?

Got to try and look at that (MF) situation; hopefully means we are looking to sign someone in January.

Why isn't any of these journalists willing to ask the obvious question about tactics?

You are certainly the eternal optimist, perhaps you should fly over for the team talks; if not our end of season dinner.

Do you still contend that we are the second best team in Scotland?
