Dodoo up top in a role that the guy he spent 2 million on was signed to play. Wallace and Tav playing when neither are in form. Halliday and Holt aren't Rangers class. Miller a great servant but is 37. Kiernan can't do the basics never mind defend. Hearts were excellent on the ball. Long balls up to Dodoo were a waste of time. We looked nervous and amateur. That's a poor Rangers team with no leaders on the park. And folk on here are having a go at a manager who made Rangers 14 million and won 7 trophies. Totally disillusioned with that thinking. calscot 0 Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 Back on the thread and it pains me to say that tonight's result further shows up Warburton's idle boast, he really needs to do the talking with his team on the pitch. He's obviously in denial and this surely has to be a wake up call. Instead of badly arguing with pundits he needs to concentrate on a real plan B. Surely we've now done plan A better and better and better and better etc? If doing plan A to your best ability doesn't work, it's time to bin it and go back to the drawing board. Warburton's flimsy, home game, unbeaten run defence has me really questioning his understanding of the job. The result was depressingly unsurprising. We've been beaten by the top 3 sides in the country and struggling to beat the rest. Luckily Hearts and Aberdeen are prone to dropping points elsewhere, so second place will not take that much. However, your average manager should achieve that at Rangers with the relative budgets. Did you see half a dozen of them arguing among themselves in the first half, when Miller had to come in and act as peacemaker? I feel for the back 4. They get possession and it suddenly looks like we've 8/9 players. No one wants the ball.
