calscot 0
I really haven't seen him being scapegoated, but when you consider he said he was the best player in Scotland and Brown wasn't in his league, so the criticism of him deserves to be the most scathing in Scotland. He should have raised us up a level, instead he was effectively a complete loud-mouthed no-mark that detracted from the cause. I think most of us have no sympathy for him and I can imagine him being another of our enemies in the media when he leaves.

aweebluesoandso 290
We have took a Kippering as we brought a pig in a poke. Pay up, move on, before our faces get more redder, if that's possible.
boabie 230
On STV news he has left with a pay-off. I think it was a " we understand " report. They say Rangers have offered him 2 months wages to go.
ranger_syntax 4,321
I think it was a " we understand " report. They say Rangers have offered him 2 months wages to go. That would be great. Not sure why he would settle for that though.
RANGERRAB 3,663
Maybe we'll learn from this and realise it makes no sense for us to be signing players in their 30's with no resale value and putting them on big wages(by our standards)

pj_1872 0
I see on Twitter that sky sports are now reporting there been an agreement to terminate his contract... I suppose it's likely we'll never hear about the terms of this but surely we won't be paying the remainder of his contract? Anyone know how this kind of situation usually goes?
jhunter 0
He has been made a scapegoat why are you constantly defending this cretin?
