Right now they seem to click, even though they haven't got the better known players or internationals in their side. It will be a rather tough experience if they carry their current form into January and the friendly. BTW, there is some decent talent out there in the German leagues, and even if that talent hasn't got it for Bayern or Dortmund, it is sure enough good enough for the SPFL. Perhaps we should look for some loans there rather than in England et al. We need technically better and tactically more aware chaps ... Where did all their fans come from?,who did they all support before the RB Leipzig were created? Can we afford to shop in the German leagues? der Berliner 3,424 Posted November 6, 2016 Share Posted November 6, 2016 Leipzig has a population of roughly 560k. Saxony hasn't seen top class (and good football) for ages. Sure, the old warhorses of Lok and Chemie Leipzig fans won't go, but then again, all those supporting other BL teams would ... wanting to seee their folk. RB took a gamble and it paid off for them. Good stadium, good team, decent staff. At this moment and time it clicks for them ... and I reckon that RB will make sure that this keeps going. Thus far, quite a story (football-wise).
