I just don't think we have the quality to challenge Ian. Senderos and Wilson are our best two CB's of a bad bunch and offer a right and left foot combination. Kranjcar is the one player we have who can really unlock a defence with one pass and has to get a run of games to get back his match sharpness. I prefer Halliday lying deep; so IMO this is the best combination of last season's MF with some added class. From what I have seen so far Miller is still a better striker than Garner will ever be so he deserves to start. I also believe Waghorn's best position is wide right where he is more effective than O'Halloran whose final ball is terrible. Tempted to go more than 3-1 but I would like to see this line up get a few games to gel before getting too carried away.
