Rangers team bus vandalised in Aberdeen.

I always wondered about the war in Serbia and Croatia, how people that have been next door neighbours for generations can all of a sudden start killing each other. Slowly I am starting to understand. That may sound far fetched now but if the Scottish government don't start doing something about this it may not be so far fetched as it sounds. I do not think it would lead to a war as in Yugoslavia but a battle as in Ulster could be a strong possibility. It is possible that is what the republicans are after of course.

As per post on other thread, the situation is well out of hand and is the result of incessant attacks upon us being ignored or else actively encouraged

I think most of us agree! I suspect it will go on and on. As has been said many times, all we hear, if anything, is lip service. In truth something far more sinister is being allowed or encouraged to happen socially.

In a football context, let's just win on the park and hate them right back.

Thanks for having the guts to point out the elephant in the room mate! I have been alluding to similar for long enough.

It is getting increasingly difficult to actually enjoy anything about football anymore. I've fallen out - permanently - with supporters of pretty much all other Scottish teams, some of whom had been friends for years or even decades. After the Cup final the phiggery trip and already with today's nonsense I am left with a feeling of burning hatred. It's not a feeling I want to have. I really wish (sorry to admit this) that I didn't care and could leave it all behind. It's over 30 years since I left Scotland but I can never quite let Rangers go despite it seeming now to be a life sentence to anger, resentment and hatred.

Jeezo. I know the Ardoe well, I was best man for my mates wedding their. Its a few miles out of the city and up a dark hill, for anyone to nip up there is just sad. I much preferred playing the likes of Cowdenbeath away. We should ban all away fans from Ibrox.

About 30mins ago I was sitting here thinking the same mate!. I lived abroad for a period in the 90s, also for a while since 2013 and came back mid last year. I soon as I get through my uni course(hopefully with a good grade?) I'm out of here. I really cant be @rsed with it and this place has changed so much. I know people in their 20s for example wont notice it, however I do, and the atmosphere is poisonous! I honestly don't see it changing and it will continue to spiral downward into the abyss. Some will say that's dramatic, fair enough, its what I see, time will tell?.
