alexscottislegend 2,376
Borussia are also missing a number of starters I think. The German side without 5 key players are still far too good for the Scottish champs. And to think there are some who don't want us to move to the Atlantic League but stay and fester in Scotland where we get no real competition.

JFK-1 1,693
The one stat we never hear from the Scottish media!................... An average of 4 per game. When the draw was made I said there was a very good chance they could finish the 6 games with zero points. I was wrong but I would hazard a guess that the bookies at this stage would give you little better than odds on that they will now finish it with 1 point. They have 1 home game remaining and that's against the rampaging Barca, no contest. Two away games against a Monchengladbach who are clearly superior to them and will want to guarantee third place and a City side who are on another planet in comparison and who may need a result to secure qualification.
26th of foot 6,119
BBC Radio Scotland's team of Tom English, Scot McDonald, Pat Bonner, and Richard Gordon are agreed. In conclusion, "Sellik are tired". Before the game, all four were discussing ra Sellik winning, and laying down a marker for the return game in Gladbach. One point in Germany, maybe even a win, and if Barca beat Man City, then when ra Sellik go to Manchester, second place and qualification remains up for grabs. As is pointed out earlier in this thread, Rodgers' Sellik had conceded 10 goals in two CL games. What will Chris McLaughlin say?
Big Jaws 570
The media continue the blame game narcissist bollocks we're all used to. The post match analysis is ripping Toure apart for the first goal. Granted he could have done better by putting the ball out but Stindl still had to beat another defender and the keeper. He did that by nutmegging both of them. Hilarious!

Yeah tired, somehow playing matches is more tiring for them than for everybody else. As if Monchengladbach have been resting prior to this.
ian1964 10,761
The Scottish champs slumped to only their fourth defeat in 26 group stage games in Glasgow as the Bundesliga side handed out a footballing lesson. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/celtic-0-borussia-monchengladbach-2-9083649
